Evoska

Terms of Use

Last updated 18 August 2026.

These terms govern Evoska on the web, iOS, and Android. By creating a room, an account, or buying minutes you accept them and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Nicolás Cieri, Empresario individual / autónomo, NIE Z2248368P, Avenida España 230, local derecha, 29680 Estepona, Málaga, Spain. Product: Evoska. Legal: legal@regtrix.com.

2. The service

Evoska is a software interpreter for conversations that happen inside Evoska. Two people join a room, each picks a language, and Evoska speaks each phrase in the other language, in the speaker's enrolled voice when available.

Evoska is not a phone carrier, not a tap of WhatsApp or the cellular call, not a medical device, and not a certified court or medical interpreter. Do not rely on it for emergencies, legal testimony, or clinical decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 and able to contract. You may only enroll a voice you own. Do not enroll someone else.

4. Accounts and guests

You can start as a guest or register with email. A new email account is confirmed with a 6-digit code before it becomes active. You are responsible for the room you open and for any voice you enroll. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, enroll voices they do not own, or break the law.

5. Minutes and purchases

If you are a consumer in the EU, the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content ends once we start delivering minutes with your consent (you tap Buy / Start a room). Ask support@regtrix.com if a charge looks wrong.

6. Acceptable use

7. Intellectual property

Evoska, the mark, the site, and the apps belong to the controller. Your voice sample and the words you speak remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them only to run the room.

8. Availability and liability

We aim for a working service but do not guarantee uninterrupted translation or a perfect clone. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect loss, lost business, or a mistranslated phrase. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or rights that Spanish consumer law does not let us waive.

9. Ending the service

You may delete your account at any time. We may stop the service with reasonable notice, or immediately if you break these terms.

10. Law

Spanish law. Courts of Málaga, Spain, unless a mandatory consumer forum applies. EU consumers may use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
