Delete account

You can erase your Evoska account at any time (GDPR art. 17). Apple and Google require this whenever an app lets you create an account.

What we delete

• Your name, email, password, language, minutes balance, and guest session.
• Your voice sample file.
• Rooms you hosted.

What we keep

Purchase records (amount, date, provider id) for up to 6 years, because Spanish accounting law requires it. They are no longer tied to your email or name after the account is gone.

In the app

Open Evoska → scroll to Delete account → confirm. It is immediate.

On the web

Open the app panel on evoska.com, sign in or continue as guest, then tap Delete account.

By email

Write to privacy@regtrix.com from the address on the account. Include that you want the Evoska account deleted. We finish within 30 days.

Deletion is permanent. Unused minutes are not refunded when you delete the account.
